Salesforce developer

Oslo SATS Servicekontor Søknadsfrist: 31.10.2021

When you work at SATS, your most important task is to inspire people and motivate them on their own level, with positive challenges, big and small. We will help make exercise a good habit, and thus do our utmost to tackle one of the greatest health challenges of our time. As part of our team you are also given challenges, big and small. Here you can develop your skills and work towards becoming the best version of yourself. You will gain access to our courses and certifications through SATS Academy, and we will contribute to your growth so that you will again be able to explore one of the many career paths with us. SATS is the largest fitness chain in the Nordic region with 250 fitness centers, around 650,000 members and 9,000 employees. We have ambitions for further growth, both in the Nordic region and the rest of Europe. We have an exciting future ahead of us and welcome you to join us on the journey.

We are now looking for a salesforce developer

To improve our understanding of our members and our ability to communicate with them on a personal level, we recently moved to Salesforce. The initial implementation of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Marketing Cloud is now done, and we are looking for in-house developers who can help us get the most out of Salesforce and the associated systems and integrations.

You will be a part of SATS tech, which now counts around 50 people. 30 of us are developers, and we work closely with our dedicated interaction designers, graphical designers, data analysts and product owners. We are a diverse, gender-balanced mix of people who work together at SATS to make the Nordics Healthier and Happer.

What are we looking for?

  • You are passionate about Salesforce, Salesforce development and development in general, and you like to keep up to date on technology – not because it’s your job, but because you enjoy it.
  • You have (at least) a few years of experience working with Salesforce, both data modelling within Salesforce and integrations to and from Salesforce.
  • You know how Salesforce can and should be used, and you can help guide SATS' usage of Salesforce
  • Ideally, you also have some experience working with Azure (logic apps, function apps, service bus and other integration mechanisms)

We offer

  • A flexible, trusting environment in which you will be able to grow as a developer, through on-the-job training, courses, certifications and conferences (we have parts of our budget ear-marked for developing our technologists)
  • A modern, cloud-based stack
  • An agile organization, which is eager to get things out the door as experiments
  • A competitive salary and benefits packageThe opportunity to work towards our vision, which is to make the Nordics healthier and happier, every day.
  • Free SATS membership for yourself, and discounted rates for friends/family.
